Job Qualifications
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
- Experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of health insurance plans, coverage options, and industry regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
Job description
- Conduct outbound calls for product introduction.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential customers
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
