Job Qualifications

  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
  • Experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of health insurance plans, coverage options, and industry regulations is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.

Job description

  • Conduct outbound calls for product introduction.
  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential customers
  • Identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
