JOB OBJECTIVE

Perform back-end and administrative tasks to assist clients both actively and pro-actively.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Utilize client’s proprietary software to perform back-end and administrative tasks in order to fulfill client concerns and requests.
  • Provide email and chat support to resolve customer issues and requests as necessary.
  • Process client concerns or requests communicated through the dedicated voicemail for concierge.
  • Will perform some basic designing using Photoshop, HTML, and CSS.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors/College Degree in any field.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry handling an international account.
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and Photoshop is a huge plus.
  • Must have good writing and speaking skills in English.
  • Willing to work night shifts.
