Role and Responsibilities

  • Serves as back office sales support
  • Assisting for preparation and sending price proposal to the customers
  • Assist to customer inquiries and sales group concern promptly
  • Assist sales group in communicating relevant information needed by the clients
  • Store and organise data in electronic form & maintain /manage customer sales database
  • Canvassing and supplier sourcing as needed
  • Create & processing of order form / SRF with accuracy & timeliness
  • Handle the vendor accreditation form
  • Assisting in digital marketing
  • Manage and update supplier database
  • Coordinate with the relevant department to ensure that needed info are being sent on a timely manner
  • Assists in finding a potential new client and helping Sales Group to set an appointment
  • Attend to meetings if requested. Take minutes of the meeting
  • Assist in facilitating, monitoring, coordinating and safekeeping of all Sales Admin related business permits
  • Preparing budget requests and expenses reports
  • Keeps track Sales Group member’s whereabouts
  • Maintains and keep up to-date files/records and reports and ensure all documents are properly filed and stored for reference of the Company.

Performs other assigned tasks from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php625.00 - Php700.00 per day
