Duties include but are not limited to:
Act as the point of contact among executives, clients and other internal and external partners
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Monitor daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
Manage/oversee company events
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications::
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
System requirements:
Computer Processor: At least i3 5th generation for both primary and back up computers
Computer Memory/RAM: At least 8.00 GB for both primary and back up computers
Computer OS: Windows 10
Internet speed must be running on a 20+ Mbps wired plan (at least 10 Mbps for back up connection).
