Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • We accept Non-BPO / No BPO experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Fresh Graduates are accepted here.
  • With BPO experience is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: Php18,500.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
