Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and helping people. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats from our clients. You will also be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our medical supply products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our medical supply products and services
- Assisting customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Meeting or exceeding customer service quality standards and targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical supply products and services preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
