- Design and create digital media content relative to HR, Payroll and Consulting industries to be posted on all social media platforms.
- Collect and gather data from various digital media sources, including websites analytics tools, social media platforms, ad servers, and third-party data providers. This may involve setting up tracking codes, implementing tags, and configuring analytics platforms.
- Analyze digital media data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to interpret and present data in a meaningful way. This may include analyzing website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and ad campaign performance.
- Monitor and track the performance of digital media campaigns, including ad impressions, click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing key performance metrics and insights. Present findings to stakeholders, such as marketing managers, executives, or clients, to help them understand the impact of digital media efforts and make informed decisions.
- Conduct audience analysis to understand the demographics, behavior, and interests of the target audience. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Linkedin, MetaSuite, ZOHO social and marketing campaign's to gain insights into consumer preferences and identify marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' digital media activities to identify opportunities, benchmark performance, and gain industry insights. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the digital media landscape.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to optimize campaigns based on data insights. Make recommendations on targeting, creative elements, ad placements, and budget allocation to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital media data by conducting regular audits, identifying data discrepancies, and resolving data quality issues.
- Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends related to digital media analytics. Continuously expand knowledge and skills in data analysis, digital marketing platforms, and measurement techniques.

Requirements
- 1-3 years in digital media marketing and analytics with a focus on social media platforms, Linkedin, meta-suite, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CANVA, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, such as, understating what "impression" on a post determine
- Experience in ZOHO ONE, Social and Marketing Campaign (a big plus)
- Excellent English grammar, communication and writing skills
