JOB RESPONSIBILITY FOR CSR (HEALTH CARE ACCOUNT)
- Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer

- Make recommendations according to customer's needs on features, accessories, upgrades and rate plans
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Understand the future patient’s preferences.
- Understand the future patient’s desire to receive hospice care.• Develops base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects.
What Qualifications You Should Have?
- at least 18 years old
- With good to excellent English communications skills
- High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
