JOB RESPONSIBILITY FOR CSR (HEALTH CARE ACCOUNT)

  • Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer

  • Make recommendations according to customer's needs on features, accessories, upgrades and rate plans
  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Understand the future patient’s preferences.
  • Understand the future patient’s desire to receive hospice care.• Develops base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects.

What Qualifications You Should Have?

  • at least 18 years old
  • With good to excellent English communications skills
  • High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
  • With or without BPO experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
