Schedule:

• Full-time
• 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day

• Monday - 8.30 am 5.00 pm MDT| 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM MNL
• Tuesday - 8.30 am 5.00 pm MDT| 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM MNL
• Wednesday- 8.30 am 5.00 pm MDT| 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM MNL
• With 30 minute unpaid break in between

Company/client overview: Client runs an auto glass business that offer services like windshield replacement, windshield repairs, side & back window replacements, insurance claims, mirror replacement, windshield wipers, nano coating and many more.

Job Description:

• First point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for selling our products and services to them over the phone.
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide quotes for windshield fittings
• Upsell additional products and services to customers as appropriate
• Process customer payments over the phone
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Requirements:

• Neutral accent with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM software
• Will also need to make outbound calls to customers who previously registered and did not buy and see if there is an opportunity.
