Inventory and Order Entry Specialist


 

Responsibilities:

1. Open the reference document and check Backordered, Low Stock and Out of Stock Items spreadsheet.
2. Identify items that need to be ordered based on stock levels and customer demands.
3. Determine the corresponding vendors for the items to be ordered.
4. Utilize the Quick Entry system to check received or previously purchased items.
5. Review the items sold (shipped) in the previous month to analyze purchase frequency and customer demand.
6. Complete purchase order entries accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Print or email the new purchase orders to vendors.
8. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any order discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

1. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
2. Proficient in using spreadsheet software and Quick Entry systems.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, or related roles is preferred.
7. Knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
