Payroll Assistant - URGENT [Philippines]


 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide, Coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards.
  • Participate in the analysis, preparation and maintenance of payroll
  • Ensure that the preparation and distribution of payroll complies with established shcedules
  • compile and calculate payroll data
  • Investigate and resolve errors in payroll processing
  • knowledge of the company's policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, audit, and accounting
  • Submission of monthly Attendance Report with regard to employee tardiness and absenteeism
  • Assist in the preparation of memo on tardiness and absences and dissemination of such as per instruction by immediate superior.

Records and Compliance:

  • Keep track of the employees database system and provide company wide headcount and manager and manpower summary regularly.
  • Identifies employees who need counseling and disciplining based on existing HR Records or other references.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and update of personnel records and other HR-Related files but not limited to the following: Registration/ Updates of PhilHealth, TIN, PAG-IBIG; Internal/ External Memo; HR Forms
  • Records incoming and outgoing documents
  • Assist in the conduct of administration hearing, mediation, and other such related meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
