- At least graduate of any 4-year course, Industrial Engineer is an advantage
- Has at least work experience with the position in a garment or manufacturing company
- Proficient in MS Office such as Microsoft Excel
- Has knowledge in time and motion study
- Can work under pressure and willing to work beyond office hours, Sundays or Holidays
