Working Hours : M-F, 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time

Salary Range : USD 800-1500/month

About the Company
We operate several online media companies. One of them is a sub-office of our company which provides credit card processing solutions to businesses. Restaurants, retail, hospitality, and especially e-commerce sites.
This Sales Representative position will call on cold leads of business owners who have shown interest in generic credit card processing services in the past. The Sales Representative will introduce them to our Sub-office, qualify them, answer questions, and have them fill out an application for a merchant account. Once the application is complete the Sales Representative will introduce the lead to our account manager to our sub-office who will provide pricing and close the sale.
The performance will be evaluated on the Sales Representative’s ability to generate high-value leads that eventually turn into clients of our sub-office.
Main Responsibilities
· Cold call businesses from a database of leads and quickly navigate to the ultimate decision maker
· Identify the prospects pain points with their current payment processing service
· Use a consultative approach to present our sub-office solutions to solving their payment processing issues
· Follow up via phone and email to collect the merchant account application and accompanying documentation
· Seamlessly transition prospects to our account manager
· Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
· Follow up and keep track of leads on the sales funnel
· Move leads along the sales process
· Sending documents for leads to fill out
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
· Integrate feedback from our account manager on lead quality
· Continuously learn more about merchant processing i.e. chargebacks, fees, high-risk processing, etc.
Qualifications
· Proven success as an outbound Sales Representative with at least 3 years of experience
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
· Familiarity with any CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
· Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
· A background in online payment processing and e-commerce is a big plus
· A background in B2B sales
· Perfect spoken and written English
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
