The Role
- Content Moderation and Community Engagement across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
- Reporting (performance of paid ads, etc)
- Respond to customer reviews
- Track customers' comments/feedback/requests
- Answer customer product-based queries via email and other communication platforms with templated responses and escalate issues if necessary
The Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience with customer service platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, Hubspot, LiveAgent, etc)
- More than 1 year of experience social media content moderation and community engagement
- Experience with Slack, Google Suite and Google Sheets
- Ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the workplace
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to work on Australian Eastern Standard Time
