Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues related to travel services. Book and manage travel arrangements, offer expert advice, promote products, and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience in a similar customer service role within the travel industry.
