Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in bank account opening requirements preparation
- Organizing, filing and tracking files for important documents
- Assist in preparation of legal documents requests
- Assist in preparation of legal documents related to business transactions and corporate governance
- Doing monitoring of legal fees such as business permit, sanitary permit, barangay permits including professional fees and retainer fees
- Assist and manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Job Requirements:
- Has related experience in processing legal business matters such as SEC,GIS, business permits renewals, bank applications and the likes is required
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
- Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel
- Must be good in business correspondence
- Capable of fostering and protecting company confidentiality
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as has good communication skills and legal business background/experience (processing corporate legal documents)
- Willing to work 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm ; Mondays to Fridays in BGC office
