Administrative Assistant


 

The functions of the Admin in General Services and Facilities Department include:

(A) General Office Management; (B) Asset Management; (C) Vehicle Management; and (D) Facilities Management.

Desired Qualification & Competence in terms of:

  • Graduate of any bachelors degree
  • Fresh graduates or with at least 1 year related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • Ability to work independently

Output/s Expected (please use additional sheet if needs be):

1. Record keeping/ Filing system

2. Asset Tagging

3. Procurement

4. Supplies issuance and inventory

5. Efficient and effective request for payment

6. Proper company vehicle bookings

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
