JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition to

- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition by
conducting regular inspections, implementing a preventive maintenance program,
and undertaking corrective maintenance
- Implement energy conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring
efficiently the utility consumption
1. Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas of all
properties
2. Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
3. Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with external suppliers
and contractors.
4. Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with
regular security maintenance and check-up.
5. Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing
maintenance requests
6. Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
7. Managing repairs and monitoring systems performance
8. Responsible for the overall successful operations of properties
9. Inspections on the building premises include electro-mechanical equipment
installed on the property.
10. Monitor and review the operations of all service contractors and suppliers.
QUALIFICATION
- At least 10 years of experience in managing either of the following: operating
facilities, residential buildings, commercial malls, and office buildings.
- Must have experience with a property management firm, and is familiar with its
operations, organization structure, roles, and functions.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of operations management or building
management.
- Must have the ability to create comprehensive guidelines, policies, and
procedures, and can conceptualize and manage an effective property
management workflow.
- Preferably a graduate of Management, Real Estate Management, or
Engineering. (Those who graduated with related courses are very much welcome
to apply).
- Those who hold a Certificate from the Short Course Offering: Property
Management have an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, someone who is able to carefully
yet quick to assess and act on issues and problems.
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
