About the role:
As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Osome, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the onboarding journey, from KYC up until company incorporation. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction and understanding of their goals, providing the necessary information to meet their needs. You'll be instrumental in educating customers, setting clear expectations, and aligning processes to empower clients for success.
In this role, you will:
- Communicate with clients to guide them through the onboarding process up until client activation.
- Conduct onboarding meetings, Osome app tours, and webinars to improve Osome product adoption.
- Understand customer context and goals, providing tailored information to best serve their needs.
- Educate customers to ensure they are set for success, aligning on processes and timelines.
- Address onboarding roadblocks, resolve product issues, provide process information, and assist with document collection.
- Provide exceptional customer support during the onboarding process.
- Offer educational materials to help customers adopt best practices, increasing customer loyalty and efficiency.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with management to continuously improve our processes.
