RemoteVAPH is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Shopify website. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience with Shopify websites, as well as knowledge of shipping processes. This is a remote position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST. (Night Shift)
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Shopify website administration and management
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and dropshipping
- Background in shipping, particularly with Freight LTL

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to online customers through various channels (email, chat, phone)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Assist customers with order placement, product information, shipping inquiries, and returns
- Manage and update product listings and inventory on the Shopify website
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Process and track customer orders, including arranging shipments and coordinating with carriers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Salary: Php27,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
