Job Description:
- Responsible for answering phone calls in a polite way.
- Checks emails on a daily basis for any complain/orders of customers.
- Ensures no pending orders online.
- Handles well with customer's complain in a professional way.
- MUST posses a friendly and warm attitude towards angry customers
- Processes Home Card applications.
