- Voice/Non-voice Work- Customer Service
- Provide friendly and efficient service to the travel community
- Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent situations

What we need:
- Completed 2 years in College, Bachelor's and Undergraduates with or without any BPO experience
- Good to Excellent English communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
