What does a People Advocate really do? Think of yourself as the primary person who will be in charge of taking care of the employees.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change . As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations .

As a People Advocate, you will:
  • Do NTE review and validation.
  • Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing. You will make the recommendation for the decision. Ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct.
  • Handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy.
  • Handle performance management and employee engagement. Under this, you must improve, propose, and implement employee engagement activities.
  • Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people-related issues / concerns.

So, do you have what it takes to become a People Advocate ?

Requirements :
  • At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level). With this, you must have experience in performance management.
  • Has a strong background in employee/labor relations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Can work independently.
  • Willing to work on night shift or rotating schedule.
