Position: Ecommerce social media marketing specialist

Primary responsibilities:
· Organize and run marketing campaigns over social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google, Lazada, Shopee)
· Organized the Social Media Page such as cover page and content designs.
· Create content, incl. text posts, videos and images for social media in line with brand image
· Develop new social media strategies and campaigns
· Manage marketing budget to be spent on promoting social media
· Keep track of data and analyze performance and ROI of campaigns
· Collaborate with other departments
· Deal with any conflicts or issues quickly
· General day to day tasks as required and needed
Experience requirements
· At least 5+ years experience in social media marketing
· Experience in in beddings or home furnishing preferred
· Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
· Adequate knowledge of social analytics, online marketing and major marketing channels
· Able to work under pressure at a fast-paced, challenging environment
· Flexible in work taskings
· Must be proactive with good working attitude – not afraid to speak up when you see rooms for improvement, as your opinions will be valued
· Demonstrate confidence and leadership to work with other teams
· College degree in relevant course preferred but not a must

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
