Job Summary:

Talent4M is looking for a talented and highly qualified candidate to join us as a Recruiter. Your goal for this position will be finding the right candidate for the clients.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for our clients. You will also be responsible for advertising job positions on various online job boards and social media platforms. You should be developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies.

In addition to this, you will also be collaborating with Hiring Managers to evaluate applications on the day to day basis. You should be maintaining an effective talent pipeline for the potential candidates. Meeting with the clients to know their requirements is a necessary task for this job role.

You should process relation-building skills as well as amazing decision-making abilities. You should also have extensive knowledge of Resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. You should have great organizational skills with a strategic mindset as well.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Posting job ads on various platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and website career pages.
  • Developing various recruitment strategies if required.
  • Screening resumes and interviewing potential candidates on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future use.
  • Preparing reports on the best-fit candidates and updating the clients.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained.
  • Updating and storing all the required information in Resume Databases.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field is preferred but not required
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or a similar position
  • Must have their own equipment
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases
  • Demonstrate the ability to evaluate candidates via the interview process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Quick decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent work ethic with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate great knowledge of the hiring process.
  • A keen eye for detail.

Offer: $700 - $800 (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
