Customer Service Representative - with Sign on Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identify and resolve customer pain points.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year Customer Facing Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

  • 8 hour shift
