Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify and resolve customer pain points.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department as needed.
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year Customer Facing Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
