Job Description
- Managing the day-to-day facilities operations of the building and coordinate infra-office moves.
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
- Conduct and document regular facilities inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency and supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
- Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations, obtaining quotation and tenders from vendors and suppliers, calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking.
- Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving, coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers.
- Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels and managing, develop and conducting training for the staff.
- Ensure efficient utilization of facility maintenance staff performance.
- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both in written and verbal
- Tender and construction documentation skills are essential.
- Knowledgeable in safety and security international standards
- Average proficiency in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to deal/interact with personnel at different levels.
- Has a good network of contacts related to facilities and office supplies.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
