DBOS is looking for an IT Helpdesk who will provide technical assistance related to computer hardware, applications and system.
Responsibilities:
- Will be the first level contact to resolve any operating issues
- Provide technical assistance and support for any inquiries related to computer systems, software and hardware
- Will perform on site and remote hardware troubleshooting, installation, configuration and diagnosis
- Perform testing of hardware system required for applications, websites and software components
- Testing of software application
- Monitor of any IT related assets, supplies and machine
- Direct unresolved issues to the IT officer
- Maintains confidentiality with regards to the information stored and access by the network
Job Requirements and Qualification:
- Graduate of any IT related course
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in information technology
- Expertise in data center management and BPO set-up
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
