Help Desk Support


 

DBOS is looking for an IT Helpdesk who will provide technical assistance related to computer hardware, applications and system.

Responsibilities:

  • Will be the first level contact to resolve any operating issues
  • Provide technical assistance and support for any inquiries related to computer systems, software and hardware
  • Will perform on site and remote hardware troubleshooting, installation, configuration and diagnosis
  • Perform testing of hardware system required for applications, websites and software components
  • Testing of software application
  • Monitor of any IT related assets, supplies and machine
  • Direct unresolved issues to the IT officer
  • Maintains confidentiality with regards to the information stored and access by the network

Job Requirements and Qualification:

  • Graduate of any IT related course
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in information technology
  • Expertise in data center management and BPO set-up
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cubao Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
