General Description: The Sales Associate is responsible for generating prospects and leads for sales.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10 PM - 7 AM PHT; Work From Home Set up
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments with potential clients
- Make follow-up calls and emails to prospects
- Client Outreach (Phone and Email)
- Making outbound calls to generate sales
- Scheduling Business Meetings with Prospects
- Coordinating Deliverables for Clients with the Proper Departments
- Recording / Data Entry of Client sales information
Requirements:
- Has at least 1 year Sales Experience (Retention, Appointment setting and the like)
- Any program in College
- Completed at least Second year in College
- Computer literate
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends
- Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
- Stable Internet Connection (30 MBPS)
- Passed the Typing Test (35 WPM)
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- All-in package of 25,000 - 29,000 (plus commission)
