BASIC FUNCTION

The basic function of this position is to provide guidance, support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices of the Human Resources Department at the branches. The HR Associate also assists the HR Head Office in every aspect of human resources including but not limited to recruitment, administrative support and implementation of the institution’s rules, regulations and policies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responds to queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures at the branch level.

Utilizes advertising or posting of job vacancies and other recruitment schemes in sourcing applicants for vacant positions and notifies qualified applicants of position availability.

Schedules interviews of applicants with the requesting department.

Deploys successful applicants to the requesting department.
