The Role
- Check support tickets daily & categorize them based on provided criteria; respond to common customer inquiries and escalate to appropriate team members when necessary
- Generate pre-paid shipping labels for RMA (return parts).
- Enter shipment tracking details into Hubspot for recently shipped items. Communicate updates in shipping via email to clients via email templates as needed.
- Provide a weekly summary of available inventory for RMA items & new unit logistics
- Place “shipping” orders through SmartTurn every 2 weeks & respond to paperwork questions on documentation - client to provide training
- Templated reporting and dashboarding - client to provide templates
The Requirements
- 1+ years of Hubspot CRM experience is a must-have.
- ** Focus on using Support Ticket View, Templates, & Workflows**
- 1+ years experience with client success and/or customer support is a must-have
- Experience with Slack and G Suite (basic - intermediate Google Sheets experience required)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms for streamlining communications & social listening.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience making support calls or speaking on the phone with clients is nice to have
- Organic social media experience (executing content calendar, community engagement/comms, etc.)
- Community management (i.e. responding to social media engagement/DMs) - client to provide templates/scripts
- Ad hoc digital marketing tasks as requested - client to provide training and/or prescriptive direction as/if needed
