Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Engineering course. With or without license.
- At least 2-3 years work experience as Shift Duty Officer, Production Supervisor or related experience.
- Possess good leadership and decision making.
- Background in Wastewater Plant operations and Environmental Management is an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and monitoring all activities related to the overall Operation of Copper Foil. This includes Manufacturing, Engineering, Power Plant and Wastewater Plant operations.
- Oversees all activities related to efficient and effective production of Copper Foil to ensure that all works/activities are performed or executed in accordance with the set plans, schedules, priorities and all Company products being produced are all in conformance with the required customer specifications.
- Coordinates closely with Production Control on various activities and planned actions on problem relating to production schedule (s), materials availability, quality, engineering standards and production equipment.
- Provides or recommend catch-up-plan to immediate superior in case of production delay.
- Coordinate closely with Section Supervisor(s) and Manager(s) should there be problems which need to be addressed immediately.
- Support production to ensure that manpower and equipment utilization are maximized and ensure the efficient and proper use of materials to prevent wastage
- Recommend to immediate superior work methods or techniques that will increase efficiency, improve yield, level of workmanship and reduce/control cost.
- Report all issues to the immediate superior and make sure that all concerns are brought to the attention of concerned sections.
