What we’re looking for:
Do you have excellent customer service skills and an understanding of all key milestones of serving allocated accounts? Knowing customers' profiles and their specific requirements and understanding the product is critical.
This role is crucial in ensuring the Sales Managers have the administrative support required enabling them to focus on selling and meeting budgeted sales and gross profit targets. There is a strong coordination aspect to this role and collaboration with departments across the business will be crucial to drive outcomes.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
Create presentations and submissions with Excel and portal submissions.
Accurate, complete and timely submission of new line forms/article set-up sheets on customer-prescribed templates as required.
Run sales analysis reports, stock on hand and open order reports, plus running replen checks.
Coles/Kmart/Aust post–update tracker
Farmers/Whitcoulls/TRS/Aust Post – keying orders, organising product labels, providing test reports.
Accurately entering customer orders when required, paying attention to contract requirements and timelines, as well as following up with Sales Managers and customers for official POs.
Liaise with production and shipping with order confirmations and requirements.
For the smaller accounts, work with the operations team to communicate any order changes directly with the customer and ensure the Sales Manager is informed.
Provide cover and backup for the wider Customer Success team as required/determined by the Head of Customer Success.
We would need you to be or have the following:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word plus experience with Outlook and PowerPoint. Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time efficiently in an environment where general guidance is given. Being proactive is essential
Demonstrate confidence and have natural customer service skills
Demonstrate and show a strong interest in data analysis
Outstanding communication and people skills backed up by a can-do, go-to positive attitude
It would be awesome if you are or also have the following:
Strong administrative background is highly desirable
Previous exposure to Dynamics 365 will be seen as an advantage
