Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing Management, Business Administration or any related course.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in Trade Marketing or Local Store Marketing.
- Must have project management skills.
- A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.
- Advanced understanding of marketing practices and principles.
- Experience overseeing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Able to lead and manage a marketing team.
- Must be willing to be willing to work full onsite on a Mon-Sat schedule
Job Description:
- Formulates & recommends sales generating programs to drive/augment sales achievement for area or counteract competitive advantage.
- Creation of trade marketing programs/project schedules and event timelines
- Assist in executing brand-relevant activations, launchings and at key trade events, with hands-on management and close collaboration with the Sales team and third-party agency providers.
- Close collaboration with internal support groups, field sales, to ensure excellent promotions and merchandising execution
- Collaborates with the creative team on the designs and proofreading of all promotional ads and marketing collaterals.
- Coordinates all digital marketing requirements to departments who will help in the implementation of the proposed plans.
- Develop merchandise and collaterals that will help brand visibility, availability, and affinity in all channels.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing team in communicating marketing plans and programs to different departments and concerned parties.
- Checks and reviews status of company products in the market against the competitors and establishes a plan for infusion of new items and designs.
- Conducts researches on designs and new trends in the market
