- Implements and executes Admin activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company
- Policies in regards to Process and training module.
- Coordinates with different module in polishing their workflow and process which will be implemented all through out the company
- Coordinate with other department/ module for training activities.
- Revised modules process and workflow if necessary and may seem fit to current company status.
- Promote training and encourages employees to join and participate.
- Create pre and post module exam to check knowledge of all admin incharge.
- Create post training report and Creation of training material Performs Purchasing, monitoring and office support activities.
- Processing of job orders and purchase orders for the renovation activities, printer requests, communication requests and other requests of the projects.
- Track and record requests and orders.
- Coordination with Project Teams, suppliers and/or external parties.
- Coordinates with project teams, Implementation of process, workflows; monitoring and completion of trackers.
