- Maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas according to the company's standards and procedure
- Relaying and follow up of room/facility defect repairs, proper handling and care of housekeeping equipment, proper usage of supplies and materials
- Responsible for accommodating/guiding in, miscellaneous/food delivery service, collection of payment and delivery of change, and proper handling of guests complaints
