HR Officer


 

- Assists the Human Resource Manager in planning executing and monitoring innovations that contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of services to the clientele and employees;

- Assist the managers in recruiting needed office, sales, and production staff; consults with the General Manager regarding personnel action, status, and benefits;

- Establishes and maintains a system of complete and up-to-date record system for all personnel (newly hires; transfers; separation; suspension; changes in job classification; merit increase; termination; tracking vacation, sick, emergency leave; and any changes thereof);

- Monitors, checks, and perform verification of travel path checklist and/ or other checklist (pantry and restroom weekly monitoring checklist) to guarantee that the workplace is safe for all its employee;

- Safe keep and keep track of all employees pertinent documents in their 201 files;

- Identifies training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with the managers;

- Reviews Job Descriptions and coordinates/consults with the managers for necessary revisions etc.;

- Assists immediate supervisor/managers in conducting performance evaluation for contractual, probationary, regular, or employees under service provider;

- Monitors and reviews the progress of those who have undergone training/s by using questionnaires and through discussions with the managers;

- Facilitates and conducts in-house training and employee’s orientation in coordination with other concerned departments;

- Prepares the forms and documents for disciplinary action, resignation, retirement or other action on personnel for appropriate action;

- Assists department heads or line managers/supervisors

- Prepares memorandum and disseminates communication throughout the organization;

- Prepares payroll notices (per company/service provider) for newly hired, separation, reinstatement, change area of assignment, etc.

- Prepares payroll attachments to be submitted to Accounting Department and HR Manager

- Prepares requisition for payment for mandatory benefits of employees (SSS, PHIC, HDMF).

- Pays and reports mandated employee benefits in government agencies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF);

- Must perform multi-tasking on related duties of a HR Assistant not mentioned above necessary and as directed by the immediate superior and the General Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php13,000.00 per month

  • Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
