- With NCII as Heavy Equipment Operator
- With experience/s directly related as an Operator
- Knowledgeable regarding the history and understands the basic rules of golf
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and understands the principles of the operation
- Ability to drive and operate utility vehicles and tractors
- Knowledgeable in using nursery equipment (sod cutters, rollers, crimpers, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in maintaining and operating light and heavy equipment
- Knowledgeable in basic vehicle inspection and maintenance
