Job description

As a Caller Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and reminding clients of their appointments. Ultimately, you should be able to deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Caller Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Schedule meetings
  • Manage a contact list
  • Check voicemail and respond if needed
  • Sending appointment reminders
  • Reach out to new prospects, leads, or potential clients and partners via phone call

Caller Virtual Assistant Requirements:

  • Attitude - you have a "Can-Do" mindset to solve problems creatively and independently
  • High-Performance & Effectivity - you have a competitive mindset and the ability to find the most effective solution to a given situation
  • Creative - you can bring an idea to life in an engaging marketing campaign that speaks to a specific target audience
  • Leadership - you always strive to over-deliver to gain more responsibilities and eventually lead others in your team
  • STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH SKILLS
  • Outstanding listening and note-taking skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • A passion or interest in personal development/self-improvement or coaching industry or spirituality is a big plus
  • NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO WORK IN PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (GRAVEYARD SHIFT IN THE PHILIPPINES - 12 AM TO 8 AM)
  • Available for at least 20 hours/week
  • 18 - 25 years old
