We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team. The Payroll Executive will be expected to have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, in order to effectively communicate with clients about our accounting software products and services.

The Payroll Executive will be assigned the following tasks:

  • Servicing a portfolio of payroll clients
  • Preparation of the full payroll process including:Onboarding of client’s employee, and setting up their details on payroll software Talenox;

Processing monthly payroll including pro-rated salaries, leave encashment, expense claims reimbursements, and additional wages adjustment;
Downloading monthly GIRO bank file for clients under Suite plan;
Publishing of monthly employees payslips
Uploading payroll reports to Sleek Platform
Submission of statutory requirement to government agencies (CPF and SDL);
Preparation of annual IR8A Submission for Employee Individual Earnings via Auto Inclusion Scheme and manual IR8A forms;
Submission of tax clearance to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
Preparation off-boarded/resigned employees

  • Attending to payroll queries from clients and labour authorities (Ministry of Manpower)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the payroll team when required
  • Assisting the tax manager or immediate supervisor on a project assignment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in payroll
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with accounting software such as Xero, Dext, and Hubspot is a plus
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
