Key duties & requirements
- Assist in setting up and send agreements via DocuSign
- Project management tools experience is advantageous (example: Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)
- Email triage or labelling emails to each folder
- Setting appointments and helping to organise events
- Management of Go High Level CRM, calendars, Assisting setting up email drip campaigns, Setting up funnels, landing pages and mini sites through Go High Level
- Content creation, social media posting/scheduling for both of the client’s businesses
- Email marketing
- Blog uploading on the website/basic website management
- Following brand guidelines
- Interact and respond to customer queries through emails
- Uploading podcasts
- Good understanding and ongoing learning of social channels
- Executing marketing campaigns across numerous platforms and mediums.
- Helping come up with marketing strategies and their implementation.
- Attitude of personal growth and service to others
- Belief in the businesses and results for clients
Knowledge/Skills/attributes
- Solid experience with online research tools and CRMs
- Marketing Assistant skills
- Knowledge in basic podcast editing is an advantage
- Solid spoken and written English skills
- Ability to work autonomously and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, Canva, Google Workspace, (Gmail, Drive and various tools within Google Workspaces) must show strong proficiency in some of these while the ability to learn and implement other programs quickly. Such as:
BuzzSprout / Streamyard / Go High Level / Socialchamp / Keynote
- Keen attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to follow instructions closely while using initiative.
