Airline operations agents have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- keep track of the number of passengers, pieces of luggage, and amount of fuel.
- Monitoring weather conditions to ensure safe flight operations.
- Maintaining records of airport activities, including monitoring arrivals and departures of planes, updating airport equipment operation status, and maintaining logs of security breaches or other safety concerns.
- Providing customer service to passengers by answering questions about airport facilities and services such as baggage claim locations and lost and found items.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of Tourism or any related course with Airline.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Can work on-site.
