Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the food delivery app over the phone.
- Offer assistance to customers who have inquiries or issues regarding their orders, deliveries, or payment
- Keep an eye on the various channels for company communication and take prompt, appropriate action.
- Observe concerns on the ground, such as booking cancellation factors, etc., and gather driver and passenger feedback before reporting them to the supervisor.
