Job Summary:

The Office secretary will provide comprehensive administrative support to the business owner, contributing to the smooth functioning of the restaurant's activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business owner's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and ensure efficient time management. Handle all scheduling conflicts and prioritize appointments accordingly.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the business owner, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents related to the restaurant business. Implement effective document management systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and calendar management software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
