We are looking for a Social Media Handler lead an organisation's social media strategy in order to boost visibility and customer and client engagement. As a social media handler, you'll manage an organisation's online presence by developing and implementing their social media strategy to getting prospect clients. You will lead campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, analysing usage data, building client relationships and facilitating customer service. Social media handler can be a distinct role in larger organisations and is sometimes known as social media coordination. In small and medium-sized companies, the role may be combined with other marketing and communications responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Viber, TikTok, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
  • Responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone and selling products. Their duties include tracking customer contact lists, answering customer inquiries and obtaining payment information if necessary.
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your store and brand
  • Selling a service or product directly to potential customers by Facebook and Viber; trying to get people to buy.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
  • Provide information about products features, prices etc.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Recommend improvements to increase Sales thru Social Media
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty
  • Regularly liaise with clients via telephone and email.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of media production and communication, to be thorough and pay attention to detail, the ability to sell products and services.
  • The ability to work well with others, the ability to use your initiative. thinking and reasoning skills, business management skills and excellent verbal communication skills
  • BS degree in Marketing or any related field would be a plus
  • 1 to 2 years work experience is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable processing in Shopee, Lazada and Social Media platform
  • Willing to work Overtime, Holiday’s and Sunday as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php14,820.00 per month
